Tripp Cup

    The race started at Grand Haven with light air and rain. It was completely calm for about a half hour.  Wind filled in at 10 to 15 knots and eventually became a true beat out of the west to Milwaukee.

     Windancer was the first across the line at approximately 7:30 am with the next closest boat still a small dot on the horizon. The Schock 55, Kokomo, was the second finisher around 9:00 am and Pronto (1D35) scooted in around 9:30 am. The bulk of the fleet is still racing, while some have decided that reaching Summerfest is a greater priority and cranked up the iron jenny to get to port.
